Flat membrane filter is a kind of equipment that uses microporous filtration membrane to achieve solid-liquid separation, and its core component is a flat membrane filter plate, which is usually made of inorganic materials (such as stainless steel, polypropylene or polytetrafluoroethylene), which has high strength and stability. It drives the liquid to flow through the surface of the membrane through pressure to intercept impurities such as solid particles and microorganisms to achieve the effects of clarification, sterilization and purification. The equipment can be operated continuously, suitable for large-scale filtration tasks, and is widely used in water treatment, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.

1. Installation and disinfection: Place the filter membrane between the filter plates to ensure that the sealing ring is flat, and use it after the overall high temperature sterilization (such as 121°C steam).

2. Filtration operation: connect a peristaltic pump or pressure tank, adjust the pressure (usually 0.1-0.2MPa), the liquid enters the system after pre-filtration, the filtrate is discharged through the membrane hole, and the impurities are intercepted on the surface.

3. Maintenance and sterilization: clean the filter membrane regularly, and the system that retains bacteria needs additional sterilization treatment.
