Introduction

Automatic pneumatic scraper filter is an intelligent filtration equipment designed for high-viscosity liquids, which automatically removes impurities on the surface of the filter screen through a mechanical scraper system to achieve continuous on-line filtration. Its core function is to solve the clogging problem of traditional filters when dealing with viscous materials (such as resins, polymers, coatings, etc.), and is suitable for industrial circulating water, petrochemical, papermaking and other fields

Peculiarity:

1. Fully automatic operation: support three cleaning modes: differential pressure, timing and manual, differential pressure priority, no manual intervention.

2. Efficient cleaning: PTFE scraper and spring compensation structure are used to tightly fit the filter screen and adapt to high viscosity (up to 800,000 mPa·s) liquids.

3. Low maintenance cost: no disposable consumables, long filter life, recyclable sewage waste liquid, reduce material waste.

4. Structure optimization: modular design, filter screen roundness deviation ≤0.5 mm, good sealing, support explosion-proof and high-temperature environments

How it works

1. Filtration state: The liquid enters from the inlet, flows from the inside to the outside through the filter, the impurities are trapped on the inner surface of the filter, and the clean liquid is discharged from the outlet.

2. Cleaning trigger: When the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter reaches the preset value (such as 0.5 bar) or the timed cleaning starts, the system will automatically enter the cleaning mode.

3. Scraper cleaning: The cylinder drives the scraper to reciprocate up and down, scrape the impurities off the filter screen and push them to the bottom sewage collection chamber, and then discharge the high-concentration waste liquid through the sewage valve

How to use

1. Parameter setting: Set the differential pressure threshold (usually 50-100 kPa) and cleaning cycle according to the viscosity of the liquid.

2. Start operation: After connecting the power supply and air source, the equipment will automatically enter the filtration state, and the blowdown valve will be temporarily opened for slag discharge during cleaning.

3. Maintenance points: regularly check the scraper wear and filter blockage, and close the blowdown valve after cleaning to restore the system pressure.

1. Industrial circulating water: cooling water filtration in the iron and steel and metallurgical industries to protect the equipment from particulate matter wear.

2. Chemical and coatings: separation of impurities from high-viscosity materials such as resins, adhesives, inks, etc.
